just tried to participate in in the current sweepstakes for the alienware monitor.

cannot access on any other alienware page for europe/germany - i've tried Vivaldi and Firefox on PC/Laptop and Safari on ios - no chance to participate.
I am logged in, get asked for my telephone number, and then it stops with following error:
- Entschuldigung, Sie sind nicht berechtigt, dieses Gewinnspiel einzugeben.
I've tried numbers with +49, with 0049 and even without the international code - nothing works.
