Game Vault - what's the best way to actually get something? I'm Tier 5, 17k ARP, and the last 3 months haven't been able to get anything I wanted. First month I was a bit late (traveling), so almost everything was sold out. Then I got on right as it opened, hoping the game's page would add a redemption button. No joy; and sold out. 3rd month I refreshed the page right at opening time, sat waiting for the refresh to finish, and the game was sold out. Do I wait for a button? Refresh as it opens? HELP!

The server is overloaded. There's nothing you can do, whoever loads faster wins. It's not very fair, but it's there. It takes me about 1-2 minutes to refresh the page.

Have a backup or 2 for games you may want. People living closest to the servers may have the advantage no matter what.

What was that command we did on browser so it could show the Claim button even without refreshing? Just asking cause we got a refresh error, from time to time XD

Game publishers provide a limited amount of keys, but people from all around the world are ready to swarm the Vault when it opens. The odds are not in your favor. 🎲

So, refresh at the designated time and hope it goes fast enough to get something I want?

Going for less desired games you are more likely to get one, as others try something else first. Lower tier games seem to have more keys available also making it more likely to get one if you are interested. Sometimes even days later.

The "best" way to get something, honestly, is to not be aiming for top titles that everyone goes for. Do what you did (show up on time, not a minute later), but go for a lower tier one, and you'll get yours.
