If clicking on the words themselves (not the circle questionmark) with left click only doesn't work, try ctrl+left click or middle mouse button click on the words. Also try it from control center, not the quests page.

Oh the advice is not for opening it, it's for actually making it count for the points. Alienware Arena is... quirky (read as buggy).
