6 hours to complete the event for individuals seemed kind of short though, wasn't it? 6 hours of DOTA is like 3-4 rounds.

The quest requires 6 hours. If you had an artifact like I used, it takes significantly less time. I just idled through GFN to get it. Still have to wait for the collective 30K hours to get all the rewards.

8-day event, but took only 3 days to reach the 30,000 community hours goal. Don't worry! The staff noticed and will make sure to triple the requirements for next time. 😝

Is this a particular fault of DOTA2 being popular with long matches and a really good MOBA? I feel like other events we kind of struggled to reach the community hours by the deadline...

@aestarr incorrect. It was completed yesterday. I finished my 6 hours the day it opened, which was long before that.

I seems that alienware reads total play hours instead of recent hours. I was able to participate even though I havent played the game since launch.

Some of the first ones were really low hours and were done before most people even noticed there was an event. Thankfully they've since changed it so you can do the event up to the end date vs it finishing when community hours were reached.

They released a patch. regulary play Dota 2. it was a no brainer for me.
