The only reward I've gotten so far was the last 60 points. None of the 120 points before that were added to my acccount.

The community has all the ARP unlocked. You might not have all the 8 hours counted, being stuck right now. If you completed the event on separate days, points are counted separately. But IDK how you're missing 120 ARP with this pattern.
