I can't seem to get these page opening quests to work most of the days. It just doesn't complete no matter how many times I open or refresh the page.

For Firefox, click on the shield to the left of the URL > Protection Settings > Custom and uncheck everything except for the ones that say "Fix site issues". Then reload the page > control center > quest. Worked for me.

Also, don't forget to revert the protection settings from Custom to Standard or whatever you had before. And if that doesn't work, it might be some privacy extension you have (ad blocker, privacy possum/badger, duckduck essentials, etc).
