Can someone help me to understand how to get the most points ? The only way is doing the quests? Also how do we get the mensual points? :( I'm so lost here.

I don't get "mensual points", but you can read WHAT IS ARENA in the REWARDS menu. Also check out "How do I earn ARP?" in the FAQ/Support link at the bottom of any page.

To get ARP if you click on the green cog in the top right and go to control centre. There will be Daily Quests, Community Event if one is running, Steam Quests, Watch Twitch, Time on Site, 7-Day Streak Rewards, 28-Day Daily Login Rewards.

The 28-Day Daily Login Rewards are the monthly ones. There are also ARP for answering polls in the discord. In order to maximise your ARP you will need to get artifacts from the marketplace, equip, and then upgrade them with fragments.
