I've already completed the mission and the progress bar doesn't finish. This type of bug has happened before, I don't know if this will be resolved by tonight.

Presumably you didn't do the hour in one go, so it updated the first part, and is lagging a bit in updating the rest you did after. Just give it time, or relaunch the game a bit to be sure and maybe push the update.
