So I finally figured out why I get "We cannot accept your purchase at this time. Thank you for your interest." for most of the Vault games... For some reason I can only claim Tier 1 games, despite being Interstellar/T5. I poked around the site, and noticed that the new achievements for reaching tier 2-5 didn't auto unlock for me when the system was introduced. I bet this is no coincidence. I guess the only real support can be found on Discord these days. Who should I contact there?
