Why isn't it showing PUBG in my Account. (i have synced my games 2 times now. i even removed pubg and added it again to my steam account)

I have a few games like that. AW knows about it because the "play this game" works but that same game does not show in the "play your own" part. I had to let half life sit for an hour. its my goto when the "play your own" does not work.

New games that I haven't played before will not show up for me even when using the search. I need to first launch the game on my computer and close it. Then I sync my games on AWA and it will be the last game on the bottom of the list.
