Does anyone know when they will add more Artifacts in the marketplace, I was able to get all of them that was available in the market including the starter sets, but do they add more every week or every month?

They add them randomly, really. One was in a community challenge, one was a daily reward, and there's an April Fool's one you don't want, lol. Just keep checking here. There will be a new relay when there's a new one or more fragments.
