Did anyone else not receive the fragments from the Community Event that had the required number of hours?

@Achille15 It would be on the rewards page. They label these things, you know. You don't get any items until the community reaches each goal. I got mine after I finished early, so safe bet it's done now.

Well, just go to the artifact you want to upgrade and you'll find your 10 fragments ready to be used, sometimes the number of artifact you have show isn't what you really do have

The balance while upgrading is correct indeed. But not the counter in the profile page. Well, one more bug to the arm-long backlog anyway.

Well, I don't relay too much on what's shown, because a lot of entities have bugs, but the count is correct

It's the same bug that makes it look like your artifacts are locked after 24hrs, with the same fix, just upgrade something. It will upgrade if you have the frags, even if it shows you don't have enough. The server knows how many you have.
