Hey guys, why can't I claim a game from Game Vault? When I try to do so, I get the message “You are not allowed to purchase this product”. What does that even mean?

which game u trying to claim ? that error just means the key is region locked , contact alienware arena support , they will change the key or issue you the arp refund.

Some games require a certain Alienware level. You're currently at level 2, so you can only select games that don't require Tier 3+

Well, of course, since I'm tier 2, I'm trying to only claim tier 1-2 games. But it's not working.

When I get that error - it is because the Recaptcha that they use to verify it is me was in error. I tried multiple times to contact alienware support. But they were unable to fix that.
