well, if we as a community want the odds of this occurring to increase, we should use this post's reply section as community brainstorming for fun little debuffs/interesting ones orr something that when inverted makes sense and is cool, idk

@DrowningInIt I kind of want it to be a challenge to see how much ARP you can still earn while being debuffed.

I was hoping for them to have come out with another level on april fools that increased the penalty to 30%, next after a benefit of 30% so on and so forth in a never ending cycle of hilarity.

I also kinda hope the story of them continues, like next time we reach an accord with them diplomatically, only for them to renege on the deal in order to get to the scientist.
