I just can't get the giveaways to work for me. I've tried it on 2 cell phones (with and without mobile data, using Chrome) and 3 different computers (Windows 10, Windows 11, Debian; browsers: 2x Edge, 3x Firefox, 2x Chrome). I also tested both incognito mode and normal mode on each device. All security settings and plugins were disabled. Every single time, I just get the error message: “reCAPTCHA validation failure. Please try again in a few minutes.” Does anyone have any advice?

Without exception, all other websites work without any problems. Even logging in here works with reCAPTCHA.

I’ve been trying this for days now with no success. This makes a really bad impression. I’ll probably cancel my membership (and definitely won’t have fond memories of Alienware).

I don't want to be that guy, but have you considered that maybe overnight yall were turned into robots and simply can't pass the capchas for a reason?

Might be something to do with any adblocker, privacy addon, or cookie settings. Would double check that all cookies are allowed. It could also just be a temporary website glitch and will work later if there are still keys.

I'd troubleshoot with the discord under the community tab at the top of the site. They could probably help you in real time try a bunch of things.

I finally found the problem. It’s due to an issue between Alienware and the internet service provider. Using the exact same system, I was able to do everything normally with a different internet connection.

But since all other websites work fine for me and it seems that more than one internet service provider is affected (the problems appear to be occurring worldwide), the problem seems to lie with Alienware.

They seem to be doing something that doesn’t conform to the standard. By the way: I couldn’t find any workaround other than using a friend’s internet connection.
