Birthday emails.. been emailing the AWA mailbox about this for months and no help at all. I keep hearing about people getting these but never gotten them myself. Can the admin/mod help me out?

I am in the US, thanks for asking. AWA has shipped physical items to my US address also. I see Cartire commented on this relay and didn't realize they are an admin until now. Still has not contacted me or provided any help...
