Hello,
Did anyone else have their Dell Reward Points get zeroed out back in May? I didn't notice right away because I was away but when I did notice it I thought it might just be a glitch and it would revert to normal soon. That obviously hasn't happened and I am out a lot of potential money. I have tried to contact Dell but getting through to a human is an exercise in futility. Anyone else dealt with this successfully?

Yes, the reddit admin for dell got in touch with dell DRP people for me and they reset me. Was set to expire $1300 next month. I see exp has updated. was july 15 2027 after the fix, now says aug 2 2027, so the exp updates as well proper

In Canada its 1yr after last add or use so it should never expire as long as I'm active.

The 1yr thing applies to any point system where the max item is over $50 so things like fast food places can still expire fast as the biggest redemption is under $50.
