My friend's account was blocked for no reason.

I guess he had same IP like another account.

I'm sure there is a reason.  Are you sharing your PC with him/her? (Results in the same IP for two accounts.)

You or he/she may have to go to Alienware's Discord account to ask for help.  I hate the whole concept of having to go to Discord to ask for Alienware's help, but that seems to be the only 'reliable' way to get Alienware attention nowadays.

The most common reasons for an account being banned are having multiple accounts or using a VPN.

Возможно, вам или ему/ей придется зайти в учетную запись Alienware Discord, чтобы попросить о помощи. Я ненавижу саму идею обращения в Discord за помощью к Alienware, но в настоящее время это, похоже, единственный «надежный» способ привлечь внимание Alienware.

One friend used his account. I've already written to discord too. The only reason there could be a problem is that a friend has been using a VPN for the last few years to use the site, since he temporarily moved to live in another country.

Remember that guy that said he was sharing his PC with other 2 "roommates" that also happened to be AWA users? The balls on that guy xD.

Let me tell you about 'my cat' and 'my dog' being perfectly capable of making and logging into their 'separate accounts'...

The funniest thing about that was they were all clearly named by the same person too since it was like gogman steamman epicman or something like that XD you just can't make up gold like that XD
