I went in to Dell.com and all of my DRW are gone. They do not expire until Jan.

PLEASE, help. Anyone else having an issue?

Admin, I need your help again

We're all here because we're not all there...

Dell DELETED 14,000 of my Dell Reward Points (DRP) in July of 2023.  I discovered the loss this month when I was getting ready to buy an Epson ET-8550 printer.  After a week of arguing with Dell Customer Support about it, they concluded that the DRP I had earned from Alienware Arena since July (oddly, also 14,000 DRP) WERE the missing DRP!  I complained loudly enough that they finally gave me a 10% discount (before reductions and taxes) on my next purchase (The printer).  I'm still waiting for my Dell Pay Credit statement to verify that they actually awarded the 10% credit.

Either way, with DRP and my remaining Dell Dollars, I already saved over $300 dollars on the printer.

They also wiped me clean back then. I finally got those back. Now, yet again, they did it. I have been in contact with them. They said a 3rd party issued my lost points from months ago and now have to check into it. What a laugh and BS this site is. You work hard at getting those and they just sweep them away at any time. Mine was for a computer.

me too

I finally got ahold of Dell and they said my points were issued back to me by a 3rd party from when the stole them from me a few months ago. Still waiting to see what they are going to do.

As of right now, they have re-issued my points after going back and forth with Dell. I had to get Alienware to send me a break down of why I was issued them. So, I sent them a screenshot. That was not good enough. I had to go back and do it again. They wanted the email but would not give me an email address to send it to. So, finally once again, I had to copy and paste what I had. That time, they finally accepted it. I was told by a rep from Dell  that was helping me to spend them fast before they were taken again. I had to call Dell to get this resolved. I do plan on not waiting to spend them. I have over $400 right now towards a computer.

Oh, I see, Karen wants to speak to the manager. Are you aware that they could have never given away these Dell Dollars in the first place? What makes you think you're entitled to get a free computer because you "worked hard" clicking here and there on their website?

Yeah, it sucks when there are bugs and problems, but please be kind to them and stop whining because after all it's just free gifts. No, you didn't work for these dollars, stop acting like a 8yo.

(BTW I'm reacting to you calling this website "a laugh and BS", that's all)

Reactionary people aside, yes it sucks not only when you're promised something you don't get or at least keep but because without that incentive it's a time suck that difficult to justify.  Keeping track of expiration dates for both ARP and Dell $ is double the hassle.  After mine disappeared during the change from points to dollars I became aware that use them or lose them is probably the best way to go.  Not helpful when you want to save for something expensive, but at least you end up with something rather than nothing.

I assume you think I care what you think?  Guess again. I am sure you are also reaping the rewards with free things for being on this site. Or, prove me wrong.
