Any game you want to complete but dont have the time and effort to do it ?

  • 7

At 21, i realize i dont have much time to play games like i used to anymore, even though my PC is pretty decent nowadays. There are a bunch of games i want to play so bad but i jus dont know if i can finish them anymore. I have play Skyrim for more than 2 years an still havent done all the quests (well i have multi characters with different playstyles so that will explain why)

Do you guys have any games that you want to play so bad, but dont have the time for it ?

Fallout New Vegas, Red Dead Redemption 1&2, Resident Evil 4, A Hat In Time, Uncharted and God of War are some of the game that i would really like to play if i can in the future.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Breath of the Wild

Dragon Quest XI S

XCOM 2: WotC

Persona 4 Golden

Edit: I will play them eventually.

Heh, I barely have time to play the meta-game of collecting more games.

The older RPGs like Final Fantasy VIII and IX which I got for the PS1. It took me around 48 hours to complete Final Fantasy VII and I spent most of my summer break on it, was great to experience it but I don't know if I'll be able to do something like that again, especially with two games of a similar length.

I would love to have a week to just sit down and play FF VII Remake. Too bad i dont own a PS tho

I had started several games of my collection, without having finished them, the taste of not having been at the end was still present.
Since some time I decided to try to finish some games and to make it easier, I chose the shortest games
With the help of https://howlongtobeat.com I could easily choose and finish some games that did not require trpo of time.
This allowed me to have the feeling of having succeeded in accomplishing some background tasks that awaited me and also to see games entirely and their end. The feeling of completeness is more pleasant.

I realized that sometimes the idea of having games then other games and collecting them without having the time to play and... atypical and therefore the satisfaction of ending some of them is good.
And then I have to refrain this desire to collect for the pleasure of having games that seem interesting in their concept, their realization, their history, their design... to finally make the choice to play it. (or at the limit as I realized sometimes, if I had read a good book or if I had gone out maybe I would have felt a different and well pleasant feeling too but this is another story...)

In short, I still have games that will ask me time as The Witcher 3, Dishonored 2, Elex, Crusaders Kings II, Mass Effect 2, Age of Wonders III, Hollow Knight and many others... oh and although I don’t own it, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is a game I would love to have but that would certainly require me a lot of time too.

Thank you for this nice question

The Witcher 3 and Skyrim alone will take ages to complete, because the replay value is so high., but yeah my thought are exactly like you 100%

Resident Evil & Resident Evil Zero HD remastered, games my dad played and he got my into the RE franchise. Due to college though it's hard to find time to game.

plain and simple I will one day learn how to play and defeat the game of minesweeper lmao nice post, the responses are my spirit animal.
