1. Create or log in to your Alienware Arena account.
2. Click the "GET KEY" button.
3. Download and install the game if you haven't already.
4. Open the game and enter the world.
5. Open the Paimon’s Menu => Settings => Account => Redeem Code.
6. Enter your code and click "Exchange".
7. For iOS users, go to Genshin Impact Redeem (https://genshin.mihoyo.com/en/gift), and follow the presented steps.
8. *Note: Codes are available to players with Adventure Rank 10 or higher and a 50 Primogem key can only be redeemed once per account on v1.4
