That unfortunately doesn't tell us much. Ram speed and CL timings go hand in hand with with the FSB and CPU. The video description states that the individuals cpu is the Core i5-10400F. The mem controller is rated for speed up to DDR4-2666 (so 1333 hz per channel). Unless the individual over clocked the mem controller to (I highly doubt it  since that specific CPU has its multiplier locked). Every game shown has negligible results.  What would get the best bang for the buck is 2666 rated mem with low latency.
