Are the lifetime and available ARP totals bugging now, just did the discord poll which showed up in the daily ARP but didn't change the lifetime or available ARP on the control panel

Last Steam event everything worked fine but this time I've played for over 4 hours and received credit for nothing.
There is a launch game button at the bottom of the steam event page but no join button.
Should there be a join button at the bottom of the page?
Is anyone else having an issue?
It's been 7 hours since I played the first time, and nothing has showed up.

Has anyone received the rings or Paris borders that didn't get them because of the bug?
I thought this was the week we were to get them, but I have not received the borders yet.

Does Steam event playtime not count towards the steam playtime achievements?
I notice the time did not show up on the achievements.

Got the medals and the seven day streak points tonight but still have not received the rings or Paris borders or the seven day streak points for those days.

I didn't get the rings or seven day ARP points that day and now I didn't get the Paris border or the seven day ARP points today.
I keep getting a message that an error has occurred and they will fix it but nothing yet, is anyone else having the same problem with the sight?

It says I have the rings reward but I'm not seeing it in borders, am I looking in the wrong place or do I have to do something to get them?
