There might be a silver lining in this game vault mistake
The vault was opened early due to a mistake, I'm thinking that no one knows this mistake until it happened & I'm thinking, "Would it possible to see who redeems what at the time?"
If it is possible, then AWA staff can find out who is a bot and who is not. Because a bot should've detected the game vault was open regardless of the time and redeem a game within seconds.
If that's the case, AWA staff can ban those bots bcz no one knew the mistake
