Fun Fact #74 - Sonic The Hedgehog isn't only the name of Sega's speedy mascot, but also a gene on chromosome 7 of the human genome. Well, it was until recently when the science community decided to ditch all of its 'comedy' names for genes.

Fun Fact #73 - Did you know that rocket league is a follow up of the original version, Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. It was too difficult to say the name because it was too long, but at the time, it was wacky and cool, so with some creative thinking, the developers came up a shorter title which is known as Rocket League.

Fun Fact #72 - The original Japanese name Pac-Man was Puckman, which evolved from the Japanese word paku, meaning “chomp.” Did you know each of the four ghosts also have names! In Japanese they were originally called Fickle, Chaser, Ambusher and Stupid, but their English names are Inky, Blinky, Pinky and Clyde.

Fun Fact #71 - In Animal Crossing, depending on the time of year, the aesthetic inside the well known shop Nook’s Cranny, changes appearance. Look out for all the different changes throughout the year. In the autumn, the shop is decked out with pumpkins.

Fun Fact #70 - In the original Donkey Kong game produced in 1981, Donkey Kong is battling a recognisable character called Jumpman. It was only years later that Jumpman would become the well known Italian plumber, Mario.
