The "Alienware Pro Gear = Instant Upgrade" quest today is a little busted. You've gotta watch it twice before the claim ARP button appears, and you have to hit the X on the window with the video in it after watching and re-click "Start Quest" to watch it again, just hitting the replay on the youtube embed doesn't do it. Thanks to the folks in the Discord for figuring it out.
