new update from Bandai Namco: The 11-11: Memories Retold giveaway might not be available in selected regions. According to the terms of service, 200,000 keys will be given away by the "first come, first served" rule.

I don't see this giveaway anywhere thru the links you gave, I'm in USA maybe they ran out.  I already own the game though.

That's because you didn't read the fine print or the .eu that is obviously on the links.
