Alienware Dell rewards

Is it done completely systematic or do the Alienware Arena admins can make it get redeemed faster?

Back when I claimed mine, it didn't take more than 72 hours (and I actually think it was credited to my account within 24 hours).  That said, it's a holiday and the weekend.  So, assuming it's not automated and a live person has to approve it before your account is updated, it may not get credited to your account until Monday at the earliest.

No, I don't believe the admins here can push it through any faster, as I'm fairly certain it's a different department (Dell's store/customer support, rather than Alienware Arena) that handles the Dell rewards program.

I contacted Dell customer care/support and they didn't even know about this rewards system. They are totally unaware of these dollar rewards that I can get from Alienware Arena.
