I was also wondering this, I found this website because of the DBD giveaway. Turns out its NA locked(I guess it doesn't matter that much since I am low level and probably can't access it anyway)
It happened in other giveways as well.. many times before..
But I think now there's a giveaway for EU as well, the one with 4 DLC packs where you choose one, but the thing is I don't know when it resets, I want to grab one for myself as well..
I cried to much cuz couldn't get a key cuz it locked in my region , im level 20 and didn't get any good games it's sad i mean man i want dbd so bad and couldn't get a key, im a unlucky I guess .
