10-10-10 could refer to a type of all-purpose synthetic fertilizer.

12-22 could refer to the date the shoe bomber was caught (Dec 22, 2001)

55-22-43 ???
95-50-22-33 ???

Day One Hint:

  10-10-10

    12-22

  55-22-43

95-50-22-33

Thoughts

10-10-10 -- this looks like a "top" separate from the other 3 rows. sums to -10.

    12-22 - sums to -10. 2 numbers long. contains "22"

  55-22-43 - also sums to -10. 3 numbers long. contains "22"

95-50-22-33 - also sums to -10. 4 numbers long. contains "22"

The lines are all center justified. The bottom 3 rows have increasing number of numbers in them. The bottom 3 rows all summing to the top row suggests the top row is separate. This all makes it look like a pyramid with a top on it.

They could have picked any numbers to sum to -10, but picked 22 three times -- why? Maybe we should exclude 22 from the calculation. If we do, each row is "12"

Some numbers repeat the same digit: 22, 55, 33

If 22 is in all of them, maybe it should be ignored?

I feel like the first row is the "key" to the following three. It is telling us to do something to the next 3 rows, like sum them or put them in order.

In English, we read top down so the first inclination is to think of the rows as 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th going down ("12-22" is 2nd row). But if we consider a pyramid, it is built up from the base. So maybe we should think of "95-50-22-33" as the first row.

Could be: years, sports jersey numbers, periodic table

Is not: letters in the alphabet (55 rules this out), times on a clock (95 rules this out), days of the month, months in a year

Numbers remind me of periodic table. Here's the elements they correspond to:

Ne-Ne-Ne

Mg-Ti

Cs-Ti-Tc

Am-Sn-Ti-As

55-22-43 - #37162b hex color red value is 55, green value is 22 and the blue value of its RGB is 43. It's like a dark purple...

Not: Command & Conquer: Red Alert

after google searching the background image on the page, red alert game had popped up as visually similar, so figured I'd give it a shot

Seems plausible based on what's above that the answer has something to do with radioactivity, nuclear decay, or atomic bombs. C-137 might refer to radioactive Cesium-137 which undergoes beta decay to Barium-137 and has a half-life of roughly thirty years (maybe related to the three tens?). Also the danger-level graphic would make sense with something related to nuclear power or radioactivity. Haven't watched enough Rick and Morty to know if there's a cultural connection there.
