Username and custom title problem

I usually change my username and custom title after using it for couple months. I never had a problem before.

I don't know why but the site doesn't change it now. I tried different usernames and custom titles. It's strange, why doesn't it work?

I don't really care if my username and custom title stay as they are. I just want to know why i can't change them? is it a site bug?

Hello. Sorry to necro this post, but i am having the same problem trying to create a custom title.

It says updated successfuly but nothing really happens.

The custom titles have to be approved by a real-life human before they show up.

After my first post here it was finaly approved. Maybe someone noticed it? Anyway now is all good.

I have also been trying for a long time to change the nickname and personal title, but all to no avail ... Please help with the solution of this problem.
