Hello. I am unable to login in to the app. Eventhough my phone is connected to the internet. Attaching screenshot for reference.

When I put my username/email and password on the Alienware Arena App, it say "Bad credentials"
Someone know the solution for this?

iPhone: Invalid ReCaptcha message when trying to log in

The collect and win valentines edition did not work for me. Thursday is still not avaiilable for me so far.  I tried this morning around 10AM EST and again at 8PM.  Doesn't work in any browser on alienware 17 R3 laptop.

1) The app logs out my account every single day. Please fix the cookie. It is very tiresome...

2) The "two factor authentication" security word is too long, and difficult to handle.

Please make a 5-6 characters security word, so we can write it ourselves, without copy-pasting it...

3) I lost the giveaway for "Street Fighter V"..!!! Where are the smartphone push notifications?

I haven't got a single notification yet...

Are the desktop and phone app credentials the same?

If so, the iPhone app is not allowing me to login.
