Grimm's Hollow

With the weekend approaching, its time to get some serious gaming in. If you like indie games, I highly suggest trying Grimm’s Hollow. If you like Undertale, Stardew Valley, and One Shot, you will love Grimm's Hollow. This cute little RPG is free to play with roughly around 2-3 hours of gameplay. Perfect for a quick binge without skimping on story or game mechanics.

You start off as a girl named Lavender who wakes up in a strange and unfamiliar place. The room is filled with party balloons, and hooded creatures surrounding her. She hears a bang at the door, and the Grimm Reaper walks in. What does he want with her and why is she here?

What I love about this game:

One thing that makes Grimm’s Hollow extremely appealing is the art style and characters. It reminds me of Undertale mixed with Oneshot and has copious amounts of fun characters thrown into the mix.

With its unique set of characters, you can expect to fall in love, munch on a lot of cute snacks, and be able to unlock multiple endings!

The turn-based combat style is reminiscent of Pokémon with “battles” to reap spirits and send them to the next world. The game has a simple mechanic but is challenging along the way. If you prefer to sit back and enjoy the story, I suggest you play on easy mode which makes the battling easier. (you can switch back and forth whenever you want though)
