AMD has introduced the AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition for the Radeon Graphics cards users. The update is claimed to improve the stability and performance of the GPU.

It also features new additions to AMD Link, which now lets the user stream games from their PC to mobile devices or VR headsets, new software setup advisors, and some minor tweaks to existing features like AMD Radeon ReLive and Overlay.

Compared to previous AMD Radeon software updates, the Adrenalin 2019 update has been more significant of an improvement. Last year’s Adrenalin update, although didn’t bring a lot of improvements, was generally liked by Radeon users. There is still no information about support for DirectX raytracing.

These are the changes that can be expected in the performance and stability of the GPU:

Performance

“Over the last 4 years, we have greatly focused on improving our features and performance to deliver the best gaming experience. Starting with performance, we’ve gained up to 15% average performance improvement since the last Adrenalin launch.”

Stability

“AMD takes Driver Stability very seriously and has made it one of the core priorities in support of AMD’s Radeon™ GPUs. We worry about your games and applications, so you won’t have to. AMD has delivered support for over 100 AAA games at launch with Day-0 drivers to make sure we are delivering the best gaming experience possible”
