Multiplayer for CoD: Black Ops 4 almost resembled to Overwatch's

Last month, Activision proudly announced or officially confirmed Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, which means that the various parties had enough time to expand true or false information about the upcoming title. One of those still unconfirmed reports suggests that the new CoD will be the first videogame in this series that will not have a singleplayer campaign and instead will present its own battle royale mode.

Unreliable news of how the development team Treyarch imagined the next part of one of the most famous war franchises also continue to arrive, and the latest rumor spread comes from Twitter. In particular, Matt Harris on his profile shared a series of posts linked to written-off campaign, a multiplayer component, and a zombie mode.

Charlie Intel, a fairly reliable source of Call of Duty rumors, has confirmed just a few of his brilliant blurbs that are connected to the multiplayer. CI claims in his own report, that Black Ops 4 multiplayer at one point really resembled Blizzard's colorful shooter Overwatch, especially because of unique heroes and their distinctive abilities. However, since research has shown that this is not going to happen, Treyarch has rejected all the similarities with the hero shooter from 2016 and decided to return to its own roots to please the fans of the Call of Duty series.

If COD made a zombies only campaign mode I'd be in. With save points.

But still, Modern Warfare 2 remaster will have only single-player part. It will be interesting to look at this division.
