Yeah, it's hard to get the tier ones too when you're already tier 5 :p It's just achievements so they can take their time.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I already unlocked a LOT of achievements, 10 years here, 10+ games from the Vault, 10,000 ARP spent, 1000+ hours on Twitch, etc, etc
