Bought the 10$ GoGift card, ARP charged but gift card missing, I still have the button to purchase the GoGift card but it says I already purchased it Bug? What can I do?

I had to buy the 10$ gogift card again, and I got double charged the ARP... I'm in contact via discord to see if they can resolve it.
